Allstar Calendar / Athletic Signs has been helping high schools raise money since 1995 — our business partners fund free schedule posters, stadium signage, scholarships, and equipment for over 300 schools.

We're hiring three part-time remote reps for our Sports Marketing team, starting Monday, November 9, 2026. Your title for the first 90 days is Assistant Director of Field Operations.

Pass the 90 days and you are promoted to Director of Field Operations — with at least a $2.00/hour raise, a part-time benefits package, and higher commission tiers.

Your work: call local businesses and bring them on as school partners.

• At day 91, as a Director of Field Operations, your tiers step up to 5% / 7% / 10%.
• The day-91 package also includes part-time benefits: paid time off that accrues as you work, a $40/month phone and internet stipend, and paid major holidays pro-rated to your schedule — plus a conversation about growing into a full-time role if you want more than part-time.

This is a phone job with a system, not a grind:

• We hand you a complete call list for your schools and area — no hunting for leads, no building lists.
• Proven scripts and a full training manual are provided. You bring the voice and the follow-through.
• Every call is logged in our simple online system — full training given. (If it's not in the system, it didn't happen.)

The hours: About 20–25 hours a week, Monday–Friday. Calling windows are 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30–3:30 PM (school time).

Students Only 3:30-6:30 Pm(Work with your Schedule if in (Athletics or Clubs a Plus)

Short on weekday hours in a given week? You can make them up with a 3-hour Saturday shift, twice a month.
