Shift Lead
The Shift Lead rocks the customer service specialist role and brings some scent-sational leadership to the team. You’ll lead with enthusiasm, assist in managing store employees, and make sure everyone is following the company’s policies and procedures. Above all, you’ll be dedicated to ensuring a stinkin’ awesome customer experience!

What You’ll Do
- Provide scent-sational customer service by creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with their needs, answering questions, and resolving customer concerns.
- Keep the store smelling like roses! Tidy up restrooms, cooler interiors and exteriors, parking lots, fuel islands, equipment, food service areas, shelves, and storage.
- Keep merchandise from getting skunky, ensuring items are stocked, faced, and priced correctly.
- Manage vendor, warehouse, and fuel deliveries, ensuring everything is in order.
- Create, submit, and edit supply orders, keeping inventory stocked and ready to rock!
- Assist in onboarding and training, and sniff out ways to engage and motivate the team.
What You’ll Need
- Ability to learn new concepts and stay organized, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while multitasking (there are a lot of moving pieces and skunks headed in every direction!).
- Solution focused thinking- You get 5 minutes to complain, and then we solve problems and kick tail!
