About Omniwell Labs

Omniwell Labs is a growing contract manufacturing company specializing in pet supplements, cosmetics, and specialty consumer products.

We are looking for a dependable, detail oriented Batch Mixer to join our manufacturing team in Boise.

If you have experience preparing large batches, operating commercial mixing equipment, or working in food or industrial manufacturing, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

In this position, you'll be responsible for preparing manufacturing batches accurately and consistently while helping keep our production operations running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Weighing and measuring ingredients according to approved formulas and production instructions.
• Preparing and mixing manufacturing batches using industrial mixers, blenders, and other equipment.
• Verifying ingredient quantities, identification, and lot numbers before production.
• Following written batch instructions and maintaining accurate production records.
• Monitoring mixing processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Setting up, operating, cleaning, and maintaining production equipment.
• Identifying and reporting equipment problems, material discrepancies, or quality concerns.
• Handling and organizing ingredients and production materials.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized production environment.
• Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and established safety procedures.
• Assisting with other production activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

We're especially interested in candidates with experience in:

• Food manufacturing or food processing
• Commercial baking or large batch food preparation
• Industrial mixing or blending
• Beverage, dairy, or supplement manufacturing
• Cosmetics or chemical production
• Other manufacturing environments involving precise ingredient measurements and formulas

You do not need previous experience manufacturing supplements. We are happy to train someone who has a solid foundation in batching, mixing, or commercial production.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing batches, weighing ingredients, or operating mixing equipment in a commercial or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow written formulas, recipes, and production instructions accurately.
• Basic math skills and comfort working with weights and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and good recordkeeping habits.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work well with a small team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle production materials, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.

Experience with GMP, batch records, or ingredient lot tracking is a plus, but not required.
