Description
This program includes:
2 - 45 hour modules approved by the Idaho Real Estate Commission. Students must complete the course work within 6 months to be eligible for licensing. A total of 90 hours is required for attendance to pass the course.
Please with the Idaho Real Estate Commission to verify additional requirements for licensing. Fingerprints etc. MindMatters has no way to provide the steps required except training.

Refund Policy
Students are offered a refund within 10 days of starting the course. The student must have completed 20% or less of the course for a full refund. The refund must be written request and sent to your case manager and ExecuTrain/MindMatters Learning education manager. The workforce case manager must approve the student exiting the program and approve a refund.
