Description
This program is designed for individuals interested in beginning a career in Information Technology who have little or no formal IT experience.
Students develop practical, job-ready skills to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, operating systems, printers, mobile devices, and basic networks.
The program prepares students for the nationally recognized CompTIA A+ industry certification, a widely recognized entry-level credential for IT support professionals.
Upon completion, students will be prepared to pursue entry-level positions such as IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, Desktop Support Technician, and Computer Support Specialist, while building a strong foundation for continued advancement in IT.

Refund Policy
This class or track program is fully refundable when you notify LeapFox Learning Computer Training at least 15 business days prior to the class start day.
There will be a $1000 cancellation fee if cancelled less than 15 days before start date.
There will be a $500 reschedule fee if rescheduled less than 15 days before start date. Cancelation requests must be made to barb@leapfox.net. Refunds are mailed on the 20th of each month.
