Idaho State required skill and written tests are required to be placed on the State registry; the cost of these is not included in the fee for class. A background check and some immunizations are required for this class.

$115.00 There is a skill exam and a written exam required to be placed on the registry in Idaho. The written exam is $50 and the skill exam is $65. Each exam can be taken 3 times a new fee is charged for each retake.

$121.00 Appropriate clothing for the clinical area, gait belt, immunizations, background check are required. Cost of immunizations is not included here.
