Description
This is a 32-week course delivered both hybrid and online formats. Electrical Apprentice Year 1 covers the following subjects: DC theory; calculating electrical values using Ohm’s Law as applied to series; parallel and combination circuits and electrical equipment; electrical meters and their use; alternate energy sources;an overview of the entire National Electrical Code; application of various wiring methods; and conductor properties, sizing and protection.
