Course Overview
- Understanding basic accounting principals
- Creating the company file and adding new QuickBooks users
- Integrating QuickBooks with your business's online banking
- Importing data from Microsoft Excel into QuickBooks
- Setting up customer invoicing and managing accounts receivable
- Paying bills, tracking purchase orders, and establishing accounts payable
- Designing a comprehensive chart of accounts in QuickBooks
- Generating insightful reports on revenue, inventory, expenses, and more
- Crafting customized invoices that include local, regional, and state sales tax

Refund Policy
Students are offered a refund within 10 days of starting the course. The student must have completed 20% or less of the course for a full refund. The refund must be written request and sent to your case manager and ExecuTrain/MindMatters Learning education manager. The workforce case manager must approve the student exiting the program and approve a refund.
