COURSE OVERVIEW: Acquiring a greater understanding for laws and regulations applicable to the trucking industry, understanding vehicle equipment, and achieve the ability to operate the basic necessary functions of applicable commercial motor vehicles.

Each course objective has a quiz other than #33, as it is informational only and not required by FMCSA.
INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES: This course combines lectures, visual, and hands-on instruction. Instructional strategies include lecture, demonstration, discussion, practical application, simulation, presentations, and hands on learning.
GRADING REQUIREMENTS:
Shall be determined as Follows:
Quizzes: 80% Min. For each section of review.
Tests: 80% Min. For each Section of review.
Final Exam: 80% Min. For overall review in application in which student/company agreed to purchase.

Refund Policy
The registration fee of $50 is non-refundable. If the student is rejected for training by the school prior to the start of training, the student/employer will receive 100% of all monies paid beyond the non-refundable registration fee. Any refunds for other reasons are on a percentage basis. Please refer to our Student Handbook for our full return policy.
