A SHRM-CP/SCP is for individuals with a work history of at least three years performing strategic level HR or HR-related duties; or for A SHRM-CP/SCP holders who have held the credential for at least three years and are working in, or are in the process of transitioning to, a strategic-level role. I
The SHRM Senior Certified Professional A SHRM-CP/SCP certification is for individuals whose work includes duties such as developing HR policies or procedures, overseeing the execution of integrated HR operations, directing an entire HR enterprise or leading the alignment of HR strategies to organizational goals.

Refund Policy
Students are offered a refund within 10 days of starting the course. The student must have completed 20% or less of the course for a full refund. The refund must be written request and sent to your case manager and ExecuTrain/MindMatters Learning education manager. The workforce case manager must approve the student exiting the program and approve a refund.
