A Network Administrator, also known as a Systems Administrator, is responsible for keeping an organization’s computer network up to date and running smoothly. Their duties can be wide or narrow depending on the organization and how complex its networks are, but in general, they are responsible for the following tasks: Installing network and computer systems; Maintaining, repairing, and upgrading network and computer systems; Diagnosing and fixing problems or potential problems with the network and its hardware, software, and systems; and Monitoring network and systems to improve performance.

Refund Policy

Students are offered a refund within 10 days of starting the course.   The student must have completed 20% or less of the course for a full refund.  The refund must be written request and sent to your case manager and ExecuTrain/MindMatters Learning education manager.   The workforce case manager must approve the student exiting the program and approve a refund.
