Description
The Practical Nursing (PN) Program is designed to prepare students for employment in the healthcare field. Eagle Gate College focuses on providing students with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience necessary to become competent and compassionate licensed nurses to provide safe patient care. This comprehensive program combines theoretical classroom instruction with hands-on clinical training, practice tests, and test-taking strategies which prepare graduates to take the NCLEX-PN (National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nursing) which can lead to a rewarding career in nursing.
The Practical Nursing (PN) program is a blended pre‐licensure nursing program that prepares graduates to pass the NCLEX‐PN exam and apply for licensure to become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in states where the program is approved.

Refund Policy
When a student withdraws or is dismissed from a semester-based program, the College shall refund unearned tuition and fees for each charging period for classes attempted as set forth below:
For withdrawals during the charging period, in the first week, 100% is refunded and 0% is retained. In the second week, 75% is refunded and 25% is retained. During the third week, 50% is refunded and 50% is retained. After the third week, 0% is refunded and 100% is retained.
