Description
This Esthetics Lash & Microblading Certification Course is a hybrid program designed to prepare students with real-world, in-demand skills in both lash extensions and microblading.
Students will receive three certifications: Classic Lash Certification, Volume Lash Certification, and Basic Microblading Certification. These services are recognized as part of advanced skincare and cosmetic procedures. The course is delivered through a blend of live virtual instruction and in-person practice, allowing students flexibility while still receiving direct mentorship and hands-on experience.
This course is structured as a minimum 10-class series to ensure students receive both foundational knowledge and guided practical development. After earning certification, graduates continue to receive unlimited support with instructors by appointment only, offering flexibility and long-term mentorship as they begin offering services independently or within a studio environment.
This program is aligned with the CIP code 12.0409 – Aesthetician/Esthetician and Skin Care Specialist. Lash and brow services are categorized under advanced skincare procedures and are in high demand within the beauty industry. These services directly enhance and alter the appearance of the skin and face. According to industry research, lash and brow services continue to grow over 8% annually, reflecting strong consumer demand and consistent employment opportunities.
The course includes a full set of printed textbook manuals and professional kits for both lash and microblading. Students are issued lash tweezers, adhesives, lashes, practice mannequin heads, disposables, and all necessary microblading tools including pigments, pens, and mapping supplies. These tools allow for a complete educational and hands-on experience.
The curriculum is divided into six core sections:
1 – Lash Foundations
Students are introduced to the core principles of lash extension application, including safety, sanitation, lash growth cycles, eye health, allergies, and contraindications. Emphasis is placed on lash design theory and mapping for customized styling.
2 – Classic Lash Certification
Students will learn the one-to-one lash extension technique including lash isolation, extension placement, retention strategy, styling with curls and lengths, and full-set application on a live model.
3 – Volume Lash Certification
Advanced instruction in volume lash application is delivered, including 2D to 6D fan creation, fan wrapping technique, layering, refill appointments, retention strategy, and practical application on a live model.
4 – Microblading Certification
This module includes brow mapping, symmetry and shaping, needle and blade types, pigment selection and color theory, stroke pattern development, skin depth control, sanitation, and live model demonstration.
5 – Client Relations & Esthetic Standards
Students receive education on client communication, liability waivers, aftercare protocols, appointment scheduling, and service documentation. Real-world best practices are emphasized to ensure safe and consistent results.
6 – Pro Career Builder Business Coaching
Students will receive professional business coaching and mentorship including pricing strategy, branding, social media presence, client onboarding, and business startup basics. Each student will work directly with our creative design team to build a fully customized professional website, including booking tools, service pages, and personal branding.
Upon completion of this course, students receive three professional certifications: one in Classic Lash, one in Volume Lash, and one in Basic Microblading. In addition to technique mastery, students graduate with a complete business starter kit, website, brand identity, and access to career support. This program prepares students for employment in salons, studios, or as independent service providers and gives them the tools and training to begin work immediately.
