Curriculum Breakdown
Step 1 – Business Foundations
Students begin with the essentials of legally forming and setting up their business. They select a business name and service model, complete legal registration (such as LLC or Sole Proprietor filings), and apply for their EIN. Students are guided through setting up a business bank account, obtaining insurance, creating a vendor profile if needed, and activating a business email address and web domain. The step concludes with a personalized milestone roadmap and instructor orientation.
Step 2 – Brand Identity Development
Students create a brand identity that aligns with their professional goals and speaks to a clear audience. This includes developing a brand voice, mission statement, and values, along with visual assets like color palettes, logos, and styling elements. Students define their target customer using an ideal client avatar and build messaging frameworks for communication. One-on-one branding sessions help refine their materials with expert feedback.
Step 3 – Website Design & Buildout
Students collaborate with a design advisor or use guided modules to create a mobile-responsive, user-friendly website. Each site includes 5–7 functional pages (Home, About, Services, Gallery, Booking, Contact). Students are taught best practices for layout, call-to-action flow, and basic SEO for visibility. A booking system is integrated into the site with training on how to manage and maintain it. This phase ends with a content upload session and a guided walkthrough to finalize the site.
Step 4 – Marketing & Digital Presence
This phase introduces students to online visibility strategies. They set up or optimize their Google Business Profile and launch business accounts on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. The training includes a 90-day content calendar and branded post templates. Students learn how to engage their audience, use social proof through client feedback, and build a basic visibility strategy to generate awareness and attract new leads.
Step 5 – Coaching & Client Growth Strategy
Hands-on coaching supports students in building a strong client pipeline. Topics include service pricing and packaging strategy, client conversion techniques, and consultation scripting. They learn referral systems and client retention models tailored to the service industry. Students meet weekly or biweekly for coaching and can join optional Q&A sessions to gain peer feedback and support.
Step 6 – Brand Launch & Ongoing Success
In the final step, students prepare to launch their businesses. They complete a brand presentation and portfolio review, implement a launch checklist, and participate in a guided activation session. Students develop case studies or sample client plans to support post-launch marketing.
