Techniques for managing stakeholder communications, relationships, and deliverables in a built environment · Best practices for scope development and management to reduce downstream change orders and understand the technologies that support scope and change order management · Master contract and risk management skills by identifying key clauses in contracts and reducing claims using risk management frameworks

Refund Policy
Students are offered a refund within 10 days of starting the course. The student must have completed 20% or less of the course for a full refund. The refund must be written request and sent to your case manager and ExecuTrain/MindMatters Learning education manager. The workforce case manager must approve the student exiting the program and approve a refund.
