What You Will Learn
This class teaches practical skills in managing complex projects through real-world scenarios, focusing on critical areas that directly impact project success. Throughout the course, students will develop:
· Strategies to address communications requirements while managing incredibly complex projects
· Techniques for managing stakeholder communications, relationships, and deliverables in a built environment
· Best practices for scope development and management to reduce downstream change orders and understand the technologies that support scope and change order management
· Master contract and risk management skills by identifying key clauses in contracts and reducing claims using risk management frameworks
