Description
This online IT Technician bootcamp is designed to successfully prepare people who may have no college degree, no background or prior experience in IT for entry level jobs in IT Technician/Helpdesk/Support, leading to a lucrative career path that is in high demand.
Topics covered include: Computer Fundamentals (ITF+ complete course) Hardware and Operating System (CompTIA A+) Microsoft 365
Students will: have access to virtual office hours two times per week complete a Capstone project receive an exam voucher for CompTIA A+ receive 1:1 coaching sessions.
Video lectures + projects = 78 hours Labs = 29 hours Mentoring sessions = 44 hours Total contact hours = 151 hours
